How to access Journal Databases from off-campus.

It is now possible to access all the databases to which the College of Saint Rose Libraries subscribes from off-campus. From the library homepage (http://www.strose.edu/library/li_hp.htm), simply go to the alphabetical or subject listing of databases and click on the database you wish to use. If you are off-campus, you will be directed to a page asking for a username and password.

Use the same username and password that you use to logon to your
College of Saint Rose email, network services or Blackboard account.
For students, username is your last name, first initial and last three digits of your student ID.
Password is the six digits of your birthdate in mmddyy format.
Example: Bob White ID# xxxxxx123. Birthdate of January 1, 1987
Username: whiteb123
Password: 010187
For faculty and staff use the same username and password as you would for your email.

Cite students can contact osterhop@mail.strose.edu for your username and password.

Simply type in your username and password in the appropriate boxes and click on the "Submit Query" button. You will then be directed to the database you chose.  After you have logged in once, you can return to the library page and go to other databases without having to log in again.
