*Please note that TEI programs do not accept transfer credit or allow prior coursework to satisfy program requirements*

 Statement of Purpose 
A short (less than 300 words) and effective Statement of Purpose will provide the Admissions Committee with an understanding of your objectives and motivation for pursuing this certificate. It will also describe how the coursework will meet your personal and professional goals.

• Official transcript(s)
From ALL colleges you have attended and sent to the Graduate Admissions Office at The College of Saint Rose. Transcripts must be printed within the past year and unopened.

• Two letters of recommendation

• Copy of New York State Teaching Certification (for those applying to Special Education: Middle & Adolescent Levels)
