OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUPPORT
THE SAINT ROSE FUND
Through your generosity, you can have an impact on the day-to-day life of Saint Rose students. Your unrestricted gift to The Saint Rose Fund helps bridge the gap between tuition and operating expenses at the College, and ensures that our students have the best educational experience possible.
THE CAMPAIGN FOR THE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS
The College has an exciting opportunity to build a new home for the School of Business that will have a transformational impact on the School and the campus. This facility will dramatically enhance the academic experience of students and faculty alike, providing the latest technology, additional classrooms, seminar rooms, and dedicated spaces for internship coordination, entrepreneurship and leadership programming.
THE MASSRY CENTER FOR THE ARTS
More than an academic facility, The Massry Center for the Arts is a cultural focal point in the Capital Region, reinforcing once again the College's mission as an engaged urban campus. It serves as the primary venue for concerts and exhibitions by the College’s students and faculty each year, and a performance and exhibition space for talented artists, musicians, vocalists and orchestras from around the world.
R. MARK SULLIVAN INSTITUTE FOR LEADERSHIP IN HIGHER EDUCATION
To recognize President Sullivan and all that he has accomplished for The College of Saint Rose, a select group of Capital Region leaders has decided to champion a campaign to honor his legacy and vision. The goal is to establish the R. Mark Sullivan Institute for Leadership in Higher Education.
The Sullivan Institute will be a tribute to Mark and a testament to his passionate belief that colleges should not just prepare students for jobs, but help them develop into critical and ethical leaders who can and will address their communities’ most pressing issues with courage, intellect and purpose. THE MICROSCOPE CAMPAIGN
Over the past few years, The College of Saint Rose has invested over $6 million improving the interior and exterior structure of Albertus Hall, which houses our science labs and classrooms. Today, more than 3,500 students per year are enrolled in science classes and we expect enrollment to continue on an upward trend. Alumni and friends have the opportunity to partner with the College by helping to purchase state-of-the-art microscopes, and complement the College’s investment. Your investment will directly impact the classroom experience of our science students. ENDOWMENT SUPPORT
Endowment funds are invested in perpetuity, meaning that the gift amount can never be spent, but a portion of the income earned is spent for the purpose designated by the donor. This endowment income provides support for student scholarships and awards, lectureships, department chairs, deanships and professorships, and other vital opportunities. A gift to the Saint Rose endowment is a powerful affirmation of your partnership in our mission and provides you the opportunity to create a legacy for future generations.
