Prior to her role at JPMorgan Chase, Pamela served as Managing Director of Global Wealth Management/Global Operations at Citi-Smith Barney, where she was Head of Operations with responsibility for the day-to-day wealth management operations for all investment products and was also a Vice President of Global Operations at Goldman Sachs, where she managed day-to-day trading operations supporting Commodities Sales and Trading. Pamela is also a former Board of Directors member of the Franciscan Sisters of the Poor Foundation. She earned her undergraduate degree from Saint Rose in Special Education and attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania for Executive Development.
