Professional Development for School Leaders

The Institute for New Era Educational Leadership and Innovation is committed to working with school districts and educational organizations to develop professional development programs that are focused on current research, best practices, and common challenges.

The Institute's current programs include a professional development seminar series (School Leader Professional Development Workshops/The Principals' Guild) and school leader mentoring. Both of these programs are offered in partnership with BOCES.

The Institute also collaborates with school districts and other organizations to develop programs tailored to specific needs. Previous programs have included workshops on leadership for instructional and literacy coaches and Reading First professional development for school principals.

The Institute is a resource for all school districts. Institute services are available to customize programs to meet individual school district needs.
