Kermit L. Hall Memorial Lecture Series

In September 2006, The College of Saint Rose named its new Constitution Day lecture series in honor of the late University at Albany President Kermit L. Hall. The lecture celebrates Constitution Day and attracts a large audience of Saint Rose students, faculty members, regional scholars, and community members. Past speakers have included nationally-recognized Constitutional scholars, including Dr. Paul Finkelman of The Albany Law School; David Cole, Professor of Law, at Georgetown Law, and Dr. James Pope, Rutgers Law School.
