  • Students who have completed an associate's degree
(A.A. or A.S.) at an accredited institution and who have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or above are guaranteed acceptance. Transfer student applicants who do not meet these criteria are evaluated on an individual basis. Private visits are encouraged.
  • Official transcripts from all colleges attended.
  • A letter of recommendation from at least one college instructor or counselor. Applicants who have been out of school for seven or more years may submit a letter of recommendation from an employer, supervisor or community representative.
  • A list of courses in which you are currently enrolled.
  • Proof of high school graduation in the form of a diploma or final high school transcript.

TRANSFER OF CREDITS
Saint Rose gives maximum credit for college work completed at other institutions. Of the 122 credit hours required for a Saint Rose degree, 60 credit hours must be completed at Saint Rose in addition to other graduation requirements. A maximum of 62 credit hours from other institutions will be applied to the Saint Rose degree.

ARTICULATION AGREEMENTS
Saint Rose maintains articulation agreements in various majors with several two-year colleges. An articulation agreement plans and sequences a student's coursework at specific two-year colleges so that the student can easily transfer into a pre-selected major without loss of credits.
