The Colleges 63 undergraduate

with career preparation and are built on a foundation of study in the
arts and sciences that create a context for advanced study in the major.
Liberal education courses are characterized by attention to such skills
as writing, critical thinking and information literacy. The College strives

With so many career choices and options available to you, it's
understandable that you might have difficulty choosing a major. At Saint
Rose we won't let you wander through the halls of academia as "undeclared"
or "undecided"instead, we will welcome you as one of our Exploratory
Program students. The Exploratory Program is a curriculum designed
to assist you as you make this important decision by providing support
and guidance. You will benefit from workshops at the College's Career
Development Center and you will be assigned an academic advisor who has
been specially trained to work with students just like youstudents
interested in exploring their academic options.
