Applying to The Arthur O. Eve Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP)

Steps to be completed to apply to The Higher Educational Opportunity Program at Saint Rose:
Students apply for HEOP by completing the College application for admission. They should indicate on the application their interest in being considered for HEOP. It is important that students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) early to enable the College to determine their economic eligibility for HEOP. Keep a copy for your records!

Each application is reviewed thoroughly by the Office of Admissions and a recommendation is made by the HEOP Office. Students who meet the educational and economic qualifications are then required to send economic information and have a personal interview during one of our HEOP Information days.

Complete and submit an application to the College with all requested information including, official copy of high school transcript, SAT or ACT scores and 1 letter of recommendation. This information is to be submitted to:

    Office of Undergraduate Admissions
    The College of Saint Rose
    432 Western Avenue
