What is Accepted Student Day?
Accepted Students Day is a day designed specifically for you and your family. It is your chance to meet with students, faculty, college deans and financial aid advisors to ask questions and to just feel comfortable. After all this is going to be your home for the next four years. Please be our guest at an Accepted Student Day.

When will I get my fall course schedule?
After we receive your Intent to Enroll Form, and after May 1, the Office of Academic Advisement will notify you about the summer orientation program.

Your course will be schedule prepared and mailed to you prior to your orientation program.

What is the summer orientation program?
is it required?

Yes, the summer orientation program is required.

First-Year Students
The summer orientation program requires all first-year students to stay overnight (parents may stay off campus as there are also parent sessions available). You will take a placement test at this time and during your session you will meet your future classmates, faculty and staff who will be here to assist you throughout your four years. Prior to your orientation program, your course schedule will be prepared and mailed to you. At the orientation, you may discuss the specifics of your schedule, make changes and any other questions you may have during your orientation program. Please return all required forms by the dates outlined on your letter.

Transfer Students
Transfer students are required to attend a transfer advisement date in order to prepare their fall schedule. These dates will be mailed to you from the Office of Academic Advisement after the Admissions Office receives your Intent to Enroll form.

When does school start?
Fall 2007 classes begin on August 27.
Freshmen move in day is Saturday, August 25 and upperclassmen move in on Sunday, August 26.

Where will I live on campus?
First-Year Students
After your Intent to Enroll Form and Enrollment Deposit is received, the Office of Residence Life will begin "matching" roommates based on the information you provide. First-Year students live in either Brubacher or Lima Hall and assignments of residence halls are random.

For First-Year students, your Intent to Enroll form needs to be postmarked by May 1.

You are also required to return the housing forms which will be sent to you after your enrollment deposit is received (Postmark deadline: May 1) within the requested time period outlined on the forms. After these forms are received, and after May 1st, the Office of Residence Life will begin "matching" roommates based on the information you provide. Transfer Students

For Transfer students the College has a limited amount of housing for transfer students. In order to be considered for housing, your Intent to Enroll form must be postmarked by May 1. After housing is filled, a wait list will be established. The Office of Residence Life can also assist with providing roomate matching and apartment information too.

When will I receive my financial aid package?
First, did you apply for financial aid? If not, and you need to apply for Financial Aid or if you want more information please click here.

You may complete the FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov

Once you send your FAFSA to the Government, they will process your FAFSA form and then send you the results (Student Aid Report SAR) and they will also send the College your results as well (ISIR) if you indicated on your form that you wanted this done.

The College prepares financial aid packages on a first-come, first-served basis. We will begin preparing complete financial aid packages in late February.
