Official Transcript(s)
Official transcript(s) from all colleges attended where a degree
was conferred. Transcripts must have been issued within the past
year and sent directly to the Graduate Admissions office. Bachelor's
and Master's transcripts required.
Two Letters of Recommendation
Letters of recommendation from professional sources. These must
arrive to the Graduate Admissions department on official letterhead
and in signed and sealed envelopes. (One letter must be signed
by a Principal, Assistant Principal, or Superintendent.)
The Internship Commitment Form
Must be completed by all CITE applicants. (This form must be signed by a Principal from the location where
the internship will take place.)
The Immunization Form
Must be completed by CITE applicants. (Applicants born prior to January 1, 1957 must sign and submit
the form but are not required to provide document of immunity.)
Interview
An interview is required as part of the application process. Applicants
are responsible for contacting CITE at (516) 221-2936 to arrange
an interview.
